 From spring 2004, a new address in Anzin St Aubin, near Arras, in the department of Pas de Calais. Philippe et Patricia Rousseau are happy to welcome you all year long in the " Volets bleus" (the blue shutters).
Located right in front of the golf course, 3 kms away from the famous squares of Arras, 3 guestrooms (full occupancy 9 persons) just refurbished and redecorated with view either on the golf course or their flowered garden (we'll see.. in winter…)
A dining room for evenings by the fire place (with a piano)
The smokers may smoke in the salon.
A 1,4 acres garden, with garden furniture, ping pong table, lawn croquet set.
We have car parking in the garden, a separate entrance for the guest rooms, and for the golfers, the club house 300 yds away. The green fee will be booked for you at preferred rates if you are staying at "les volets bleus".
 You will have peace and tranquillity in the green surroundings of the golf course , 27 holes (18 + 9) left as a nature sanctuary for its wildfowl (Swans, teals, mallards, heron, roe deer).
The Patron will cook its house specialities for the guest table: terrines and pâtés, anguilles au vert (eels Flemish style with sorrel, parsley, spinach cream sauce) local trouts "anzinoises", wood fire grilled meats served with the products of the owner's vegetable garden. For desserts: home made crumble, crèmes brûlées.
