The "gourmand breakfast"
Your breakfast will be served at a time convenient for you in the guest dining room or on the terrace, fine weather permitting. Sweet or savoury, home made jams, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese board, cold cuts, freshly laid eggs (the chicken pen is in the garden ) to please everyone taste.

To serve you better, advance bookings are necessary.
Good eating is a serious matter in our home, bringing together a certain friendliness and fine food, an old dream of the patron to share with you his passion for cooking.
Each course prepared with great care, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
A quick bite or a gourmet's meal, according to your timetable (back from the golf course, from a walk) either in the garden or by the fire place. The patron will serve you the local specialities or his own creations according to the products available that day at the food market or the picking of his own vegetable garden.
In winter and for special evening gathering, upon request, he will cook for you on the fire place choicest beef cuts, poultry, lamb, etc….
In summer, the meals will be served in the garden.
The terrines of the patron: game, poultry, fish or vegetables..;
The regional specialties: eels, trouts, Arras pork chitter, lings, Flemish carbonades and. whatever the market brings that day. Not forgetting the sweet tooth with home made deserts (with our own eggs): fruit tarts, crumbles, custards, crème brûlées. Also for your pleasure, the possibility of sampling platter.
Sharing the table should be a time of happiness for us.
